Building Modeling & Simulation
Energy modeling is a computerized simulation of a building or campus that focuses on energy consumption, costs, and life cycle cost analysis.
Energy modeling and simulation can be used for cooling and heating load calculations, as well as predicting monthly or annual energy consumption and costs. It can also be used to compare different cooling/heating system design options.
At BEM Energy Engineering, we apply energy modeling for ASHRAE Level 2 & 3 analyses, retro-commissioning projects, and other client-specific analyses.
Our experienced engineers primarily use modeling software such as eQuest and EnergyPro.
